1 Acceptance of Terms
Your trust is our greatest asset. By using our services, you agree to the following guidelines designed to protect both your business and our community.
Service Delivery 2
We specialize in custom software development, including M-Pesa API (Daraja) integrations, cloud hosting, and system architecture. Development timelines are estimates and depend on timely client feedback.
3 Intellectual Property
Sky-Net Code Experts retains the rights to all underlying libraries and pre-existing code. Upon final payment, the client receives exclusive ownership of the custom frontend designs and project-specific backend logic.
Financial Obligations 4
Milestone payments are mandatory. We reserve the right to pause development or suspend hosting if payments are overdue by more than 14 days. Prices are exclusive of statutory taxes.
5 Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime of third-party platforms (e.g., AWS, Safaricom M-Pesa). Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service phase in question.
Data & Privacy 6
Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard encryption for all data-at-rest and data-in-transit within our developed applications.
